Train With A Plan.
Measure The Progress.
Carolina Acceleration helps athletes become faster, stronger, more explosive and more confident through structured performance training, experienced coaching and measurable development.
Development Built Around The Athlete
Parents should not have to guess what their athlete needs. We evaluate, build the plan, coach the work and measure the progress.

The Sixth Tool Program
Carolina Acceleration works with athletes across all sports, but baseball and softball are part of our foundation. Sixth Tool is the program where that background comes together in a complete development system.
Rather than piecing together separate workouts, lessons and arm-care plans, athletes progress through an organized off-season program built around periodization and the demands of the game.
Travel Baseball Should Develop Players
Not just fill a tournament schedule. We are building a summer program around coaching, practice, physical development, accountability, recruiting guidance and opportunities earned by the players who commit to the team.
2027 Summer Showcase Teams
Designed for baseball players who want to be coached, challenged, developed and prepared for the next level.
College Exposure With A Purpose
The goal is not to collect college logos for a flyer. It is to put players in front of coaches who are actively looking for athletes that fit their program.
Our network includes coaches across Division I, Division II, Division III, JUCO and NAIA baseball. The right opportunity is different for every player, so development and fit come before hype.
Commitment To The Roster
Players who commit, practice, train consistently and earn opportunities come first. We do not fly in guest players to take your athlete’s at-bats, innings or playing time just to win a weekend game.
A Development Program, Not A Tournament Subscription
Practice Matters
Two practices per week in a college setting with coaches who teach—not a quick pregame warm-up and a weekend-only schedule.
Physical Development Matters
Strength, speed, nutrition and durability are part of the program, not something families are expected to find separately.
The Player Matters
Playing opportunities are earned by rostered athletes who do the work. The priority is development over short-term trophy chasing.
Built For Training, Testing & Development
A professional environment in Greensboro with space for speed work, strength training, sport-specific development, team training and measurable performance testing.
Coaching Before Everything Else
Since 1998, Carolina Acceleration has focused on providing athletes with a safe, professional environment to train consistently and systematically. Programs are built around evaluation, progressive training and the physical needs of the sport.
The staff includes strength and conditioning professionals and coaches with collegiate and professional playing and coaching backgrounds. Athletes range from young beginners learning how to train to collegiate and professional players preparing for the next level.
