GROUNDBASE TEAM / SAQ TRAINING

Each Athlete’s Training Will Include:


Team Groundbase/SAQ program was designed with a specific protocol that follows a systematic progression of exercises that proceeds from basic to complex, slow to fast, stable to unstable and light to heavy. It is tailored to a team’s sport and age level. This program is scheduled 1 to 3 times per week and all sessions last 75 minutes. This program will help teams/groups to improve their overall athletic abilities and to better prepare for more advanced, individualized, sport-specif training.

Safety of the athlete is our number one concern. Athletes train in a controlled environment allowing trainers to inform them of the specific drills prior to beginning. All athletes are under the supervision of a trainer during all sessions.
